🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Because sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay.

At Vision in Motion, I offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. I want you to love what you wear — and if something’s not right, I’ll work with you to make it right.

What qualifies for a return:

  • Item is unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it

  • Tags still attached and item is in original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase

Once approved, I’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send it.
Please note: Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

📦 Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make it right. These things happen, but we face them together.

🔁 Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or product is to request a return, and once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

💸 Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post it.
