📦 Shipping Policy

At Vision in Motion, we process and ship all standard orders within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

Pre-Order Items:
If a product is listed as a pre-order, the item’s description will clearly state the estimated shipping date. That date is when the product is expected to ship out, not the date it will be delivered. We appreciate your patience as these pieces are made with care and intention.

Shipping Issues:
Once your order is handed off to the postal carrier, delivery times and potential delays are out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to postal service errors. That said, your experience matters deeply — if something goes wrong, please reach out to us directly at askvisioninmotion@gmail.com. We’ll do everything we can to help, including options like store credit or investigating the issue with the carrier.
